Please note that all photographs are signed individually and therefore "made to order" therefore no form of refund is given or offered on signed photographs.
Ordering Information
To place an order simply add the product to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. At this point I will receive confirmation of your order, and you can either follow the instructions and make a payment by Worldpay, or contact me to purchase by cheque or postal order. Unfortunately we are not able to take debit/credit card payments over the phone at this time.
Delivery Timescales
All photographs in my collection are made to order. I will make every effort to ensure a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks upon receipt of payment. You will be contacted shortly after placing your order with an estimated time of delivery. Should you have a very tight deadline, please contact me and I may be able to accommodate urgent requests. Please note that timescales may be longer for bespoke items.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your products, please contact me within 2 days of receipt:
Full refund (excluding postage cost) will be given on goods returned in original condition and in original packaging within 14 days.
Refunds will not be given on made to order / bespoke items.
Refunds will not be given for used goods, or goods returned after your occasion.
All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
